On one of its social networks, Azul announced the opening of 200 vacancies for copilots who will work at both Azul Linhas Aéreas and Azul Conecta. Interested candidates should apply via the website Guppy, which will evaluate and filter the resumes sent.
Including the announced vacancies, Azul also has a vacancy for pilot talent, which includes the positions of Commander and Copilot at Azul Conecta and Copilot at Azul.

Blue Commander Connect
- Flight hours will be analyzed by the Pilot Recruitment Committee;
- Commercial Pilot License;
- MNTE license – Valid or expired;
- IFR license – Valid or expired;
- 1st class CMA (PC) issued in Brazil – Valid
- Proficiency in English at ICAO level 4 or higher: is a plus;
- Brazilian port – Valid;
- Higher education is an advantage, not a minimum requirement.
Blue Copilot Connect
- Flight hours will be analyzed by the Pilot Recruitment Committee;
- Commercial Pilot License;
- 1st class CMA (PC) issued in Brazil – Valid;
- Proficiency in English at ICAO level 4 or higher – is an advantage;
- Brazilian port – Valid;
- MNTE license – Valid or expired;
- IFR license – Valid or expired;
- Higher education is an advantage, it is not a minimum requirement;
Copilot Azul Linhas Aéreas
- Flight hours will be analyzed by the Pilot Recruitment Committee;
- Commercial Pilot License;
- 1st class CMA (PC) issued in Brazil – Valid;
- Proficiency in English at ICAO level 4 or higher valid (2 months) – minimum requirement;
- Brazilian port – Valid;
- American B1/B2 Visa – Valid or Expired;
- MLTE or TYPE license – Valid or expired;
- IFR license – Valid or expired;
- Jet Training or Experience in Multi-Crew (Company RBAC 121/135);
- CCT PLA – Theoretical PLA;
- Higher education is an advantage, it is not a minimum requirement;
