Natal Airport Airports ACI ANAC Auction

The National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and B3 invite society and the press to the virtual session of the rebidding auction for São Gonçalo do Amarante Airport (ASGA), which serves the municipality of Natal and region. The terminal will be offered to a new concessionaire at auction on B3, in São Paulo. This is a strategic opportunity in the Northeast for investors who want to enter the country or expand their participation in the national air transport market.

With the capacity to receive 6 million engers per year, the airport was the first in Brazil to be awarded to the private sector, in 2011. The objective of the auction is to select the most advantageous proposal, based on the criterion of the highest initial contribution offered for the expansion , maintenance and operation of the airport for a period of 30 years. The minimum bid was set at R$226,9 million.
