GOL issued a statement stating that it does not operate Boeing 737 MAX 9 model aircraft and does not have in its fleet aircraft with plug structures instead of emergency doors.
There is no recommendation from Boeing regarding the inspection of MAX 8 models operated by GOL. For more information, the Company recommends that the manufacturer be ed.
The FAA issued a bulletin this Saturday, January 06th ordering the grounding of all Boeing 737 MAX 9 after the opening of a plug structure in an Alaska Airlines flight. The measure applies to all MAX 9s in operation in the United States
