Aerolíneas Argentinas has decided to continue operating flights between São Paulo and Bariloche throughout the year. Operations have started to meet a peak winter season demand, however the success of the route influenced the decision to continue with flights in the summer period.
Despite the continuation of the route, frequencies will be reduced from October, with flights only weekly. Currently, Aerolíneas Argentinas has four direct flights a week between São Paulo (Guarulhos) and Bariloche, and three flights with a stopover in Ezeiza.
With the change, direct flights from São Paulo to Bariloche will now operate on Wednesdays, taking off at 10:00 am from Guarulhos International Airport. Direct flights from Bariloche to São Paulo (GRU) operate on Mondays, departing at 16:40 pm.
All times shown above are local, and flights last approximately 4h30.

The Boeing 737 is still responsible for flights between São Paulo and Bariloche, offering 170 seats each way. It is worth mentioning that the company will continue to offer other flights to Bariloche, through connections at Ezeiza Airport.
