To participate, candidates must have completed training in the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 in one of the eligible engineering areas and reside in Brazil. The selection process is carried out completely online and at no cost to candidates, and those approved will receive a scholarship (compatible with master's scholarships on the market), medical and dental insurance, life insurance and food stamps.

All training is provided by Embraer professionals, ITA professors and consultants, with the right to a professional master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, recognized by CAPES/MEC.

PEE

The Specialization Program in Engineering (PEE) combines the load of technical specialization with the development of multidisciplinary knowledge. A systemic view is encouraged in the professional with actions to improve communication skills, valuing interpersonal relationships, professional ethics and knowledge of the culture, people and structure of Embraer. The courses are complemented with technical visits to the company's areas, aviation fairs, laboratories, among others.

The Program is structured in three distinct phases lasting up to six months each: aeronautics fundamentals, specialization and integration (phase in which participants develop an aircraft based on a proposed academic challenge). In addition, the master's thesis is also developed.
