Air Europa signed sponsorship of the exhibition “Salvador Dalí Challenge: a Surreal Exhibition”, which will open this Wednesday (1), in São Paulo (SP). Based at the Brazilian Art Museum of the Armando Alves Penteado Foundation (FAAP), the exhibition pays homage to the Spanish artist. The company, which is also Spanish, is the official airline of the exhibition.
With more than 100 new items brought from Spain, the exhibition is immersive and invites visitors to explore the painter's artistic universe. The exhibition also has technology as an ally, which promises to place the public inside the works of the Surrealist genius.
“It is a source of pride for us to be able to sponsor an exhibition of an icon of Spanish culture in Brazil. An event like this connects the two countries even more”, said Gonzalo Romero, general director of Air Europa in Brazil. The Spanish company has been flying to Brazil for 20 years and completed 10 years of activity in São Paulo at the end of 2023.
Air Europa operates with the Boeing 787 Dreamliner on flights that connect Brazil directly to Madrid and from the connection center to more than 40 cities in Europe. The aircraft is sustainable, being more efficient in fuel consumption. In addition to flying directly, taking off from São Paulo and Salvador, engers leaving from several other Brazilian cities, such as Curitiba, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, Porto Alegre and Florianópolis, can also travel with the company through agreements of shared seats that Air Europa has with other airlines.
