Due to Hurricane Milton's approach to Florida, the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex has adjusted its operating hours to ensure the safety of visitors and employees.
The complex will be open on Wednesday, October 9, from 9 a.m. to 15 p.m. During that day, the shuttle bus tour will be available until noon. However, the Kennedy Space Center Explore Tour has been canceled and the “Chat with an Astronaut” event will only take place at 10 a.m.
For safety reasons, the NASA Visitor Complex will close its doors on Thursday, October 10, and all reservations for the KSC Explore Tour and “Chat with an Astronaut” will be canceled.
The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is scheduled to reopen on Friday, October 11 at 9 a.m. following a thorough assessment of the facility.
The situation will continue to be monitored and any schedule changes or updates will be communicated.
