Porto Seguro (BA), Maceió (AL) and Cabo Frio (RJ) lead Azul's flight numbers in the summer season

Azul flights high season
Azul will offer 3.048 additional flights between December 16, 2024 and February 2, 2025, 12% more than the previous year during the peak season. The airports of Porto Seguro (BA), Maceió (AL) and Cabo Frio (RJ) will receive the most additional flights, totaling 742 operations in the period. 
  
The city of Porto Seguro, on the coast of Bahia, leads in number of destinations, with 334 flights, with Airbus A320 and ATR aircraft, to the airports of Salvador (BA), Montes Claros and Confins (MG) and Viracopos (Campinas-SP) – the latter being the company's largest hub, connecting Customers to different parts of Brazil.   
  
Maceió, the capital of Alagoas, will have 262 flights, with Airbus A320, Embraer E2 and ATR aircraft, to the airports of Confins (MG), Recife (PE), Viracopos (SP) and Araçatuba (SP). Cabo Frio, a city in Rio de Janeiro located in the Lakes Region, will have 146 flights, with Embraer E1 aircraft, all originating from Confins airport, in Belo Horizonte (MG) – Azul's second largest hub. 
  
 
New national routes 
The high season will feature 10 new direct routes, such as between Guarulhos airport and Ilhéus (BA), in addition to Navegantes, which will have direct flights to Recife (PE), Vitória (ES) and Rio de Janeiro (RJ). 
  
 
Early morning flights during high season 
Another new feature will be the extra flights that will take place in Campinas during the early morning hours, on December 21 and 28, 2024, and January 4, 6, 11 and 13, 2025. In total, there will be 68 takeoffs during the early morning hours during this period, bound for the airports of Brasília (DF), Cuiabá (MT), Curitiba (PR), Florianópolis (SC), Galeão (RJ), Goiânia (GO), Londrina (PR), Presidente Prudente (SP), Ribeirão Preto (SP), São José do Rio Preto (SP), Uberlândia (MG) and Chapecó (SC).
