NATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION AGENCY

ORDINANCE N- 418, OF FEBRUARY 18, 2015

Allocates mixed frequencies to the United States of America.

THE DIRECTOR-PRESIDENT OF THE NATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION AGENCY – ANAC, in the use of the attribution conferred by art. 7 of Resolution No. 57, of October 10, 2008, and considering what is contained in process No. 00058.004209/2015-71, resolves:

Art. 1o Allocate, to the company Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras SA, under the of the Agreement on Air Services in force, 10 (ten) weekly frequencies for mixed air services between Brazil and the United States of America.

Art. 2nd To allocate, to the company Oceanair Linhas Aéreas SA, under the of the Agreement on Air Services in force, 14 (fourteen) weekly frequencies to carry out mixed air services between Brazil and the United States of America.

Art. 3rd This Ordinance enters into force on the date of its publication.

ANAC distributed 10 more frequencies for Azul to the United States, and 14 more for Avianca (including proving what we posted a few days ago). The new frequencies are valid for use as of today.

These frequencies for Azul collaborate with the new A330s that are coming.
