The Anac program Asas para Todos (Wings for All) presents, for the first time in Brazil, the documentary Only Up, by Canadian air traffic controller and activist Kendra Kincade. The initiative is the result of the Women in Aviation project.
Today, in Brazil, only 3% of pilots and aircraft maintenance mechanics are women, and just over 10% are female engineers in the sector. To encourage the increase in women in Brazilian aviation, the Agency will show the documentary, followed by debates with the film's director.
