Aena Brasil will have 4.461 landings and takeoffs in the country between November 14 and 18, the Proclamation of the Republic holiday period. A total of 17 seats are expected to be offered at the 712.264 airports managed by the concessionaire.
In the Northeast, Recife Airport will have significant traffic, with 150.309 seats and 957 scheduled operations. Maceió and João Pessoa also have strong demand, with 47.052 and 28.040 seats offered, respectively. In the Central-West region, Campo Grande Airport will provide 22.828 seats in 126 operations during the period.
Congonhas Airport in São Paulo leads the way in of traffic, with 379.289 seats on 2.335 flights. The main routes to the capital of São Paulo include Rio de Janeiro (Santos Dumont), Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Curitiba and Florianópolis.
Regional airports also play an important role in providing connectivity during the holiday. In Uberlândia, 134 flights are scheduled, with 18.288 seats. Among the four airports managed by Aena in Pará, Santarém will have the most traffic, with 8.692 seats available on 54 flights.
It is important to note that the seat numbers consider the maximum occupancy of the aircraft, but do not necessarily represent the total number of engers boarding or disembarking.
