of 17 airports in Brazil, Aena mobilizes all its equipment in the country to collect donations for victims of storms and floods in Rio Grande do Sul. Each of the aerodromes managed by the concessionaire works as a collection point, and the material will be transported free of charge by airlines and the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) to municipalities in Rio Grande do Sul.
Items such as drinking water, hygiene products, non-perishable food and clothing can be donated. Items such as cooking oil, corrosive and/or flammable products cannot be donated. Collection points will be marked at each airport – in Congonhas, for example, there is a point next to the boarding escalator and another at the Aena office, which is in the central lobby on the 2nd floor.
