A ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency) announced the suspension of the sale of flight tickets to and from Salgado Filho Airport, in Porto Alegre.
With this, ANAC will carry out a comprehensive assessment to find out when ticket sales can resume. The decision covers all marketing channels, including third-party companies, such as travel agencies, for example.
Furthermore, it is worth noting that airlines are exempting customers who wish to reschedule flights to Porto Alegre within a year of the scheduled date. There is also the possibility of refunding in cash or credit.
In recent days, airlines have announced an increase in flights to the southern region of Brazil, to airports close to Porto Alegre, prioritizing engers who already have tickets issued.
