Argentina allows commercial pilots to continue flying beyond the age of 65

Argentina's National Civil Aviation istration (ANAC) has removed age restrictions for commercial aircraft pilots.

On November 25, 2024, ANAC published Resolution 516 / 2024, which updates the Argentine Civil Aviation Regulations (RAAC) to remove the maximum age restrictions of 60 years for single-pilot flights and 65 years for multi-pilot flights.

The restrictions will be based on the pilot's physical and mental health as defined by the aeronautical authority.
