The assets that are being auctioned by parts since August were valued at US$ 39.418.898,16, and the amounts eventually offered for them are subject to approval by the bankruptcy court. The preference of the process is for the payment of labor debts, in addition to airline creditors.

The justice's goal is to collect at least US$ 39 million, to pay for the payment of labor debts, with customers and also creditors of Avianca Brasil.

The auction is divided into three parts: The goods located at Congonhas Airport; In São José dos Campos, where the company also maintained its aircraft; And at other airports, like Brasília, where the company trained crew.

Interestingly, Mega Leilões also participated in the failed UPI auction, which emerged as an option for Avianca Brasil to continue operating flights, while selling “its parts” to competitors such as Azul, GOL and LATAM. This auction also does not reach the payment of the entire debt of Avianca Brasil, quoted at R$ 2,7 billion, before the closure of operations.
