According to the company, this decision is in line with the company's management of becoming a simpler company for everyone, offering the best of Avianca: robust route network, access to the Avianca Lounge, LifeMiles loyalty program, hip to Star Alliance, among others, with the best in the low-cost world: competitive prices and customization.
"We are adapting our offer to another simpler product and competitive. With this change, our customers can access the best rates and choose the most convenient rate for the type of trip they will be taking, paying only for the services they will use. And if they need additional products or services, they can get them without having to pay for other items.” said Catalina Nannig, Vice President of Sales and Distribution at Avianca.
