Starting in December of this year, the new Business Class Americas da Avianca, available on single-aisle aircraft (Airbus A320), will be extended to 23 more routes, in addition to the 11 already available since mid-year. This will bring the total number of routes offering this service to 34 within the continent.
This option offers access to seats in the first three rows of the aircraft, with greater reclining, more space, adjustable headrests, charging points and amenities. The experience Business Class It is also available on flights operated by Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, on selected frequencies on routes connecting Bogotá with New York (JFK), Miami, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.
The new Business Class in the Americas also includes:
- Menu: The on-board service includes lunch, dinner or breakfast, or a snack service – depending on the length of the flight – desserts, as well as hot and cold drinks.
- Custom luggage: Includes one personal item, one carry-on bag weighing up to 10 kg and two checked bags weighing up to 32 kg each
- Other benefits: Changes and refunds before the flight, priority services (check-in, counter service and boarding), access to Avianca Lounges (including Star Alliance partner lounges) and accumulation of LifeMiles (seven miles for every dollar spent).
Routes with the new Business Class Americas
Since July this year:
- Between Bogotá and the following destinations: Toronto, Boston, New York, Washington, Miami, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Montevideo, Santiago de Chile and Buenos Aires (Ezeiza).
Starting in December, additional routes will include:
- Between San Salvador and the following destinations: Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Washington DC, Mexico City, Panama City, Medellin, Bogotá and Lima.
- Between Medellín and the following destinations: New York, Lima, Sao Paulo, Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile.
- Between Bogotá and the following destinations: Montreal, Chicago, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Panama City, Lima, Georgetown, Asuncion and Buenos Aires (Aeroparque).
