Currently, Azul Cargo transports 140 thousand packages in Congonhas, that is, more than a thousand tons of cargo per month, and expects an increase of up to 30% in capacity. “The month of August was very special for Azul Cargo, we celebrated 14 years of history with the expansion of the terminal in Campinas and, now, in São Paulo. In Congonhas, the big difference will be the increase in speed in transport. We will be closer to the runway, streamlining the flow of the operation, which used to be 2 km away and required the supply of trucks to the location. We are facing logistical challenges, offering increasingly competitive deadlines and democratizing access to products across the country,” said Izabel Reis, director of Azul Cargo Express.
