Azul Conecta will receive two brand new aircraft from the factory at once in the coming days

Azul Connects new Grand Caravan planes

In line with its fleet renewal and expansion plan, Blue Connects, a subsidiary focused on sub-regional aviation, will receive two new Cessna Grand Caravan units in the next few days.

ed as PS-CNE and PS-CNF, Azul Conecta crew are at Cessna facilities in the United States to receive and transfer the new aircraft. 

With seven factory-new Cessna C208 Grand Caravan aircraft delivered in recent months, Azul Conecta now has 24 aircraft of the model, with the forecast of ending the year with 27 units.

Known for its performance in any difficult situation, the C208B can carry 9 engers on board, and can be quickly converted to transport cargo, with a capacity to carry approximately 1600 kg.

Furthermore, unlike other Grand Caravans from Azul Conecta, these are equipped with Garmin G1000 avionics, integrated into the plane's systems and the GFC700 autopilot.

The Caravan EX, a model ordered by Azul, also has PT6A-114A engines with four-bladed Hartzell propellers, a new version with 867 horsepower (shp), capable of making flights at 25.000 feet possible (with oxygen bottles for the pilots and engers).
