Azul announced another step in its international expansion: the launch of a new route between Florianópolis and Asunción, capital of Paraguay. This movement consolidates the company's position as one of the leaders in South America, promoting the strengthening of relations and economic gains for both countries.
In addition to the capital of Santa Catarina, Azul also announced flights to Assunção departing from Viracopos (SP), the company's main hub, Curitiba (PR) and Recife (PE). Soon, the company will announce the date for the start of sales and operations.
Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, located in Asunción, Paraguay, is the country's main air terminal and an important gateway for travelers. Its strategic location makes it a crucial hub for domestic and international flight connections, facilitating access to destinations inside and outside Paraguay.
