Azul Viagens, a tour operator for Azul Linhas Aéreas, announced a 153% increase in the supply of seats for the city of Porto Seguro (BA), in the first half of 2024, ing for a total of 98.638 seats in the period.
Giuliana Mesquita, Product Manager at Azul Viagens, emphasized the relevance of Porto Seguro for tourism in Bahia. “Porto Seguro is a municipality that serves all tribes. By launching new flights and expanding operations, we also strengthened Arraial d'Ajuda, Cabrália, Caraíva and Trancoso. In addition to the reinforcement at the Confins origin, the destination will also have an increase in flights at the origins of Campinas, São José do Rio Preto and Uberlândia and will have two new routes departing from Araçatuba and Curitiba. Currently, Porto Seguro receives dedicated flights from Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Uberlândia, São José do Rio Preto, Ribeirão Preto, Bauru, Presidente Prudente, Goiânia and the Capital of São Paulo.
