Azul announced the resumption of flights between Belo Horizonte and Orlando, and Belo Horizonte and Fort Lauderdale, in Florida, in the United States, from June 7th. The return of operations, suspended since March this year, is part of a continuous process of capacity adjustment and performance improvement to meet growing Customer demand.
Flights from Azul's hub in Minas Gerais to North American cities will gradually return in June, taking place twice a week. However, it is in July that the operation will gain full strength, resuming 100% of normality, with five weekly flights, providing even more options and convenience for Customers.
From June 7th, flights between Orlando and the capital of Minas Gerais will take place on Fridays, at 21pm, landing in Belo Horizonte at 00am. In the opposite direction, flights are on Sundays, at 06:00 am, arriving in the American city at 09:00 pm.
The operation between Belo Horizonte and Fort Lauderdale will take place on Saturdays, at 09:00 am, landing in the American city at 16:30 pm. In the opposite direction, the aircraft will take off from Fort Lauderdale at 20:30 pm, landing in Belo Horizonte at 05:35 am.
