On September 17 and 18, Azul held its 12th Quality and Safety Seminar at UniAzul, its aviation training facility in Campinas. The event was attended by more than 280 participants, including crew and guests, who discussed and reinforced best practices in quality and operational safety, reaffirming the company's commitment to integrity, efficiency and excellence in all its operations.

Over the course of the two days, s and lectures were held on a variety of topics, from the most technical to the most current and innovative, such as “From Compliance to Performance”, “Artificial Intelligence in Prevention”, “Investigation of Thefts and Robberies in Cargo Aviation” and “Audits and their Challenges”. The discussions, led by Azul Crew and invited experts, provided valuable insights for the company.

The second day was marked by debates on topics such as “Safety in Customer Service for PNAE”, which deals with engers with special needs, and “The Importance of Data Sharing for Airport Police Activities and Civil Aviation Safety”. In one of the most emotional moments, there was a special tribute to the Crew of Rio Grande do Sul, who were recognized for their tireless volunteer work during the disasters that occurred in May of this year.
