Azul announced which were the ten most popular destinations in the country in 2023. The first two places were occupied by the company's main hubs: Viracopos airport, in Campinas, and Guararapes, in Recife.
Congonhas airport, in São Paulo, also stood out in the ranking, occupying sixth position for the first time. In 2019, Congonhas was 11th and, last year, it appeared in ninth place. With the increase in the number of company slots, which occurred in March, from 41 to 84 movements per day, it was possible to launch frequencies to Brasília (DF), Porto Alegre (RS), Curitiba (PR), Belo Horizonte (MG), Recife (PE) and Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
Azul ended the year operating in 160 destinations, including international destinations. In ten years, the company tripled its seat offering.
