Azul has opened more than 100 opportunities for the 4th edition of the Best Apprentice Program, aimed at young students from all over Brazil, in socially vulnerable situations. The initiative aims to provide better career development prospects, with work in the company's istrative, airport and cargo areas.

Candidates must be between 16 and 21 years old, be studying or have already completed high school and have not worked as an apprentice previously.

“Azul is also a company committed to social issues and believes that ongoing training and learning can contribute to the professional development of these young people. It is an important opportunity for students from various parts of the country to have their first with the job market, working for the largest airline in the country,” says Antonio Dibai, Azul’s People Director.

The first stage of the selection process consists of registration, followed by general knowledge and behavioral tests. Those who qualify for the second stage will be invited to participate in online or in-person interviews. After the second stage, the successful candidates will be called for exams and ission processes and will begin their career program at the largest airline in the country.
