Azul will carry out four extra flights between the cities of Belo Horizonte (MG) and Barreiras (BA), on the days 10 and 15 for June. The objective is to meet the demand for the Bahia Farm Show, one of the largest Brazilian agribusiness fairs, which takes place from June 11th to 15th, in the city of Magalhães, located 85 km from Barreiras airport.
“We are always attentive to meet the demand for important events that drive the local and national economies. The offer of more seats will help boost the fair and business in the region, in addition to providing more connectivity and comfort to our Customers”, explains Beatriz Barbi, Mesh Planning Manager at Azul.
Flights between BH Airport, in Confins, and Barreiras airport will be operated by ATR 72-600 model aircraft, with capacity for 70 Customers. On June 10th, the aircraft takes off at 12pm from Belo Horizonte and arrives at 14:20pm in Barreiras, returning at 14:55pm. On June 15th, the flight leaves the capital of Minas Gerais at 14pm and arrives in the city of Bahia at 16:20pm, returning at 17pm.
