The first exclusive event in the airport market, held by Aneaa, will discuss the importance of the sector for Brazilian economic growth.
O Belo Horizonte International Airport will participate, next week, in the Airport National Meeting (ANM 2021), the first national meeting of the industry in the sector, held by the National Association of Airport Management Companies (Aneaa).
The terminal will be represented by the CEO of BH Airport, Kleber Meira, on December 2nd, during the Seminar “Immediate Boarding: 10 Years of Airport Concessions in Brazil”, which takes place at Brasília Airport.
For seven years, Belo Horizonte International Airport has been under the concession of BH Airport, a period marked by the transformation of the infrastructure and the strengthening of the terminal's role as an inducer of growth and socioeconomic development in the State.
Over the period, around 700 takeoffs and landings were recorded and more than 72 million engers ed through the airport. Total investments exceeded R$ 1 billion in the expansion and modernization of facilities.
“By participating in an event as important as this one, we have the opportunity to discuss the current scenario, the challenges and prospects for the future. In our case, all the investments made contributed to the airport becoming a national and international reference in the quality of services provided to engers, visitors and the airport community. We carried out important works, such as the construction of enger Terminal 2 and, now, we are putting into practice the renovation of enger Terminal 1”, evaluates Kleber.
The Airport National Meeting will have a hybrid format, with virtual and face-to-face activities, and will offer an innovative program that explores the strategic dimension of airports for the resumption of Brazilian economic growth, in addition to bilateral meetings focused on generating business between the airport ecosystem and concessionaires associated with Aneaa.
The agenda also includes the exhibition of products and services, as well as demonstrations of technologies and solutions that have a direct impact on the modernization and competitiveness of the sector.
The meeting is organized in two moments. The first, from November 29th to December 1st, will be completely virtual and uses a digital platform with intensive features in technology and innovation. For three days, in addition to content programming (open to the public) on highly relevant topics for the sector, sponsoring companies will be able to interact with executives and leaders from the airports of Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Guarulhos, Galeão, São Gonçalo do Amarante and Viracopos .
On December 2, the face-to-face agenda begins, with the seminar. In addition to exploring the results and benefits achieved during this period, the will discuss the various aspects that influence the competitiveness of the airports granted. The entire program will be broadcast live through Aneaa's communication channels.
