Azul Cargo Express, Azul's logistics unit, has been in the market for 14 years with seven cargo aircraft for transporting the most varied cargo. And, in addition to conventional transport, the company makes some very unusual shipments.

1 – Wedding dress

2 – Radiopharmaceuticals
Cancer treatment drugs are extremely sensitive. The useful time from its last manipulation to the application in patients is only 48 hours. For this reason, Azul Cargo performs safe and efficient transport, so that patients receive the medicine with 100% efficiency.
3 - Musical instruments
When your favorite band plays in your city, know that Azul Cargo may have made the show possible. That's because the logistics unit has already transported instruments from bands like Guns N 'Roses to Manaus and Recife.
4 – Bovine and equine semen
For the reproduction of animals considered “good providers” – competition horses or oxen that attract the attention of breeders – a genetic mapping is carried out to choose the best semen, which need to arrive at the destination with the spermatozoa still alive, since the transport of sperm large animals is not feasible.
5 – Inputs against COVID
In an agreement with Viatur, Azul Cargo transported vaccines against COVID-19 throughout the country. In addition, during the health collapse in Manaus in early 2021, Azul's logistics unit took respirators to patients who suffered from a lack of input in the state.
Expansion of logistics
After having grown along with the e-commerce boom during the pandemic, Azul Cargo Express worked on expanding its fleet, investing in the Class F freighter, which consists of an E195 aircraft transformed into a freighter, delivering efficiency and flexibility in the use of the fleet according to market demands. In the air since February 2022, the five Class F aircraft certified to carry cargo in the cabin already have more than 9 flight hours and 21.500 tons transported.
