Due to the holding of the 2022 Copa Libertadores final in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on October 29, the BLUE will offer unprecedented flights between Manaus (AM) and Guayaquil airports.
In all, there will be 12 flights scheduled to take place between the 28th and 31st of October. Tickets are already on sale on the company's official channels.
The flights will be operated by A320 and A321 aircraft, which have capacity for 174 and 214 Customers, respectively. From Manaus, the trips will take place on the 28th and 29th of October, while in the opposite direction, the flights will be on the 30th and 31st, at different times.
“Football is an almost unanimous ion in Brazil and we are always attentive to meet the demands of important events, such as the Libertadores final. The operation between the cities of Manaus and Quayaquil was planned as a way to facilitate access to the Ecuadorian city, since the Manaus airport is connected to 14 other Azul bases in Brazil”, explains Vitor Silva, Grid Planning manager at Azul.
