Registration is open until Sunday (22) for a course that will train 32 Aeronautical Production Assistants, offered by Embraer. The vacancies are for residents of Botucatu and São Manuel (SP), with 30% reserved for underrepresented social groups – as a way to promote the inclusion of more women and black and brown people in the industry.
The initiative aims to develop people technically, so that they are better prepared to apply for a job in the aeronautical market. With an emphasis on Mechanics, the training will be held at SENAI Luiz Massa, in Botucatu. Classes will begin on October 7 and end on December 18. Two afternoon classes will be offered (13:17 p.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.).
To apply for a position, interested individuals must be 18 years of age or older, have completed high school, and an in-person test that includes questions on logical reasoning and continuous improvement. The first 160 people who sign up and meet the eligibility criteria will take the test. One of these criteria is not having worked at Embraer – since many of the course concepts are basic for those who have worked at the company before.
The training is financed by Embraer and 100% free for those who participate, from the moment of registration – which must be done through the link: https://programasembraer.gupy.io/jobs/7820085?jobBoardSource=gupy_public_page. The next steps will be the in-person test on September 28th and the announcement of approved candidates two days later. Transportation and food costs during the training will be the responsibility of those approved in the process.
