This Monday (31/01), Fortaleza airport inaugurated a Cookie Mania store in the departure lounge, with an instagrammable environment for customers to share the pleasant experiences of their trips.
In addition to cookies of the most diverse flavors, from vegan to traditional ones, such as chocolate, Ninho, Nutella and Ovaltine, the brand has derivative products, such as Brookie, which is the combination of brownie and cookie, in addition to pie, alfajor , between others. Another highly popular combination is Cookie Ice – a cookie sandwich with homemade ice cream.
The store is open daily, from 9 am to 22 pm, in an area restricted to engers, and has comfortable furniture with a modern and cool look.
"Our differential is the architectural layout, with strong and vibrant colors, in which there is a strong connection with the young, adult and adolescent public. We have an instagrammable area for customers to take pictures, wait for their flight and eat a cookie! It is a differentiated gastronomic experience that provides happy and remarkable moments”, comments Érico Zanon, co-owner of Cookie Mania.
Cookie Mania emerged in 2015 in Fortaleza, after the couple Érico Zanon and Camila Benevides traveled to Chile and learned about an artisanal way of making cookies. This is the inauguration of the company's 10th store, which was the first specialized in cookies in Ceará. Currently, the brand is present in the cities of Fortaleza, Recife, São Paulo and Teresina.
