Gulfstream today announced the opening of its newest Gulfstream FAST facility in White Plains, New York. Located at Westchester County Airport, FAST technicians will be available to aircraft maintenance needs both on-site and in the region.
Gulfstream’s FAST program has continually grown and evolved over the years, increasing field to better serve its customers. Gulfstream Customer is currently focused on adding new FAST bases in areas with high customer activity, such as White Plains.
FAST was originally launched in the U.S. to quickly dispatch and respond to any aircraft on ground (AOG) situation. The team first expanded overseas in 2011, and the program has grown significantly since then. Today, there are 150 Gulfstream FAST technicians and 24 FAST bases worldwide. By 2024, the team has expanded by more than 40 percent, with new FAST team already added this year, with future growth opportunities in the Western U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
FAST is part of the Gulfstream Customer network, which has more than 5.500 team and represents more than 25 percent of Gulfstream’s total worldwide workforce.
