The aeromedical service is extremely important in ing efforts to save lives, as it is often the first to assist critically ill patients. On other occasions, it is the bridge to a hospital service with greater resources and conditions for the treatment of complex illnesses. To achieve this, it needs to have the best technological and human resources, evaluates physician Felipe Novak, coordinator at Helisul's Aeromedical Department.
