Iberia to resume operations in Rio de Janeiro in December

On December 1st, the Spanish airline Iberia intends to resume its flights to the city of Rio de Janeiro. After a long period without flights to Rio de Janeiro, the company due to travel restrictions and the crisis that caused thousands of flights to be cancelled.

The flights will be operated weekly with three flights. Departing from Galeão International Airport on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, they will allow direct connections to other destinations in Europe operated by Iberia and British Airways.

Operations will be back with the Airbus A330-200 and also with special offers to encourage engers to fly with the company.

The promotion is valid until September 11, the round trip from Rio de Janeiro is worth US$ 400 plus taxes and boarding must be done until May 31, 2021.
