For Jerome Cadier, more than an individual result, this is recognition of all the work of recovering the airline after the pandemic period, achieving economic and financial results never before achieved. “In 2024, we closed the best year in LATAM's history. We have the best organizational health and employee engagement index, the best level of customer satisfaction and the best operating margin and cash generation – and lowest debt – since the creation of LATAM”, says the CEO of LATAM Brazil.

Over the past two years, the executive has also achieved other important market recognitions, being elected CEO Communicator of 2023 by the Brazilian Association of Business Communication (Aberje), and was the first executive in the aviation sector in Brazil to enter the select list of Top Voices on LinkedIn.

With a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP), and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Jerome Cadier has been the CEO of LATAM Airlines Brazil since May 2017. Having worked for the company since 2013, he was previously Senior Vice President of Marketing for the Group, responsible for the areas of communication and branding, loyalty program, travel experience, business intelligence and digital for the entire LATAM Group.

The Merco Líderes Brasil 2024 ranking is the result of a complete analysis of interviews conducted with 565 directors, 52 Communication Directors and opinion makers, 65 business journalists, 65 financial analysts and 72 economics and business professors.
