LATAM was named the leading airline in corporate travel in Brazil in the first quarter of 2025, according to a survey by Abracorp (Brazilian Association of Corporate Travel Agencies). The data confirms the company's leadership with a 39% share in revenue and 37,5% in the number of engers transported in the Brazilian corporate market in the period, a growth of 2,5% over the previous quarter. The result also confirms the preference of the corporate public for LATAM, a company that has made continuous investments in the travel experience of its customers.
"The leadership in revenue and demand in the Brazilian corporate market, which continues the outstanding performance achieved since the end of 2023, is the result of a continuous strategic investment. Our focus on operational efficiency, connectivity and product has directly resulted in increased customer satisfaction, especially those who travel with us the most.” says Aline Mafra, Director of Sales and Marketing at LATAM Brazil.
In April, the LATAM group was recognized in four international categories by an important international entity in the sector: the PAX Readership Awards. They are:
Best Catering in South America (Outstanding Food Service by a Carrier – South America): for the in-flight service that highlights the multicultural and inclusive approach of the dishes, with quality and freshness of the ingredients in each meal. In particular, the “Sabores que Transportam” program stands out, in which, every three months, Latin American chefs present their recipes on international flights lasting more than seven hours. In Brazil, the program is called “Sabor à Brasileira” and features the participation of local chefs.
Best Inflight Entertainment and Connectivity (Best IFE and Connectivity): via Wi-Fi available on more than 240 narrow-body aircraft since last year, in addition to a wide selection of entertainment, including series and films from platforms such as Disney+, Max and Paramount. In addition to flights in Brazil, which already have live broadcasts of programs.
Best Cabin Interior: The renovated and innovative Business cabins feature sliding doors and a design inspired by South America, making the group the first in the region to offer this experience. They also feature ergonomic seats that recline up to 180 degrees, 18-inch entertainment screens and USB and A+C ports for fast charging of electronic devices.
Best Lounges of South America Award: for the room in Santiago (Chile), the largest in South America, with several areas designed to receive engers on international flights. It offers a varied gastronomic selection that highlights the high quality and culinary identity of the country, as well as private spaces adapted for work, and entertainment areas for children, teenagers and adults.
