LATAM has detected an increase in demand for Brazil-Europe flights and has therefore decided to bring forward by one month its increase in flights to Barcelona, Madrid and Rome, now scheduled for June 2025. Flight tickets are now available on latam.com and other channels.
In June, LATAM will increase its São Paulo-Barcelona route from 4 to 5 weekly flights and, starting in July, it will increase the frequency of flights from 5 to 6 on the route in question. The São Paulo-Madrid route will also undergo changes in June and will be increased from 11 to 12 weekly flights, with a further increase in July from 12 to 14 weekly frequencies. In Italy, the São Paulo-Rome route will be adjusted from 5 to 6 in June and from 6 to 7 weekly flights in July. In Portugal, LATAM will operate the Fortaleza-Lisbon route for the first time between April and October.
All flights are scheduled on Boeing 787-9 aircraft with capacity for 300 engers (30 in the Business cabin, 57 in Economy and 213 in Economy) or on Boeing 777 with capacity for 410 engers (38 in the Business cabin, 50 in Economy+ and 322 in Economy).
PARTNERSHIP WITH EMBRATUR
The expansion of LATAM's international flights in Brazil also involves its partnership with the Brazilian Agency for International Tourism Promotion (Embratur), which aims to expand the country's international connectivity and promote Brazilian tourist destinations in the countries of origin of flights operated by the airline.
