LATAM: Crew do not approve temporary salary reduction

In an online poll held between February 23rd and 24th, the crew associated with the SNA (National Union of Aeronauts) of Latam Airlines Brasil disapproved the Collective Bargaining Agreement proposals presented by the company for a temporary reduction in the remuneration of the crew.

The rejected ACTs provided for a guarantee of employment for LATAM crew for two years, during the possible term of the agreements.

The agreements also provided that those dismissed as a result of the workforce reduction would be entitled to participate in eventual rehiring processes.
