A Aviation Leader has extended the selection process for the 2025 Technical Training Program, to operate at the company's base at Sorocaba Airport, in São Paulo. Applications are open until June 19.
The initiative aims to meet the growing demand for qualified professionals to work in the aviation market. The program aims to train qualified workers to work in the area of aircraft maintenance.
Aimed at people interested in expanding their technical knowledge, the program includes theoretical and practical training in the areas of aircraft maintenance. Participants will have access to cutting-edge infrastructure, training with Líder specialists and experience in the day-to-day operations of the company, which is a reference in the executive aviation sector in Brazil.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have completed high school, have a technical course in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical or electronics, and be available to participate in the program in person at Líder's base in Sorocaba. Those selected will receive a paid internship, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, scholarships, and payment of ANAC fees to obtain the necessary certifications.
The company's base at Sorocaba Bertram Luiz Leupolz Airport was expanded in 2025, now occupying a hangar measuring approximately 4 m2 entirely and exclusively. The location is dedicated primarily to aircraft maintenance services and houses authorized service centers for Gulfstream and Honda Aircraft.
