In recent days a new video has been released about the accident with a DHL Boeing 757, registration HP-2010DAE, which left the runway while landing at Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) in San José, Costa Rica, in April this year.
At the time, the plane's landing gear tires burst, and the aircraft ends up losing control of the taxi, and falling into a small ravine near the runway.

After the spin as a result of the lack of control, the aircraft ended up having part of its rear fuselage collapsed. Despite the seriousness of the accident, and the several days to remove a plane of this size from the site, there were no reports of injuries.
According to the Fire Department, a few minutes after taking off for Guatemala, the crew identified hydraulic problems in the landing gear of the aircraft returning to the airport of origin. At the time of the accident, there were two people on board, the pilot and the co-pilot.
The aircraft was on flight D07216 to La Aurora International Airport, in Guatemala (GUA).
Costa Rican civil aviation authorities, the US National Transportation Safety Board ( NTSB ), Panamanian civil aviation authorities and DHL are participating in the investigation proceedings.
