Starting this Wednesday (27/11), domestic check-in and baggage check-in will return to their original location, at the enger Terminal of Porto Alegre Airport. Initially scheduled for December, the return of this flow will provide improvements in enger service, with more space and convenience. The best direct access to the domestic check-in area will be through doors 7 and 8, on the 2nd floor. “The return of domestic check-in to its original space is another step towards the complete recovery of the airport”, adds Fabricio Cardoso, operations director of Porto Alegre Airport.
As a result, the international check-in area, which has been used since July to serve engers on domestic flights, will once again be exclusively for international flights. The first international flight after the airport reopens will be operated by Copa Airlines and will depart on December 19, connecting Porto Alegre to Panama City.
