Prime You, a company that shares planes, helicopters, boats, properties and sports cars, has delivered a bold project from its Real Estate division: the world's first shared private island. Located in Salvador, Bahia, the island was acquired by the company in September 2023 and underwent a retrofit to adapt to the profile of the company's luxury properties, in of construction, decoration and service structure, and to include a large vessel. The project had its four shares sold even before the renovation was completed.
Strategically located in the Bahia de Todos os Santos, the island has 5.632 m² and is accompanied by an Azimut 62, a 62-foot vessel. “When it was launched in September 2023, the island quickly attracted market interest and has already sold 100% of its shares,” says Marcus Matta, CEO and founder of Prime You. “This project is another milestone in our strategy in the real estate segment,” he highlights.
Matta says that “adherence to Prime You’s real estate business model encouraged the company to invest in the development of new projects, such as incorporating the vessel into the island project in the so-called DUO model, in addition to developing other product profiles.”
The island can be accessed by sea, with a pier, or by air, with its own private helipad. The development space is divided into three areas. The main module counts with seven suites, dining and living rooms, a viewpoint, two full kitchens and an individual air-conditioned wine cellar for each shareholder.
The leisure module includes a common room, fire pit, bar, infinity hot tub, swimming pool, spa and a gym equipped with cutting-edge technology from Technogym.
Leisure becomes even more complete with a private beach, where you can enjoy a dip in the sea in total privacy and even watch the sunrise or sunset surrounded by the waters of the Atlantic.

How Prime Real Estate Duo Island Works
In the Prime Real Estate Duo Island sharing system, four shareholders can acquire a fraction of the development with a boat, making an investment equivalent to 25% of the total value. There is a fixed monthly fee to cover maintenance costs and ensure that the property is always in excellent condition every time it is used, and a variable fee according to the use of both the property and the boat.
Real Estate Duo Island is delivered ready for use. Each shareholder has a locker individual space in the development, used to store personal and exclusive items. Although the decor and furnishings of the house and boat are standardized, shareholders can add a touch of personalization with details such as photo frames and their own bedding.
In addition, the shareholder has access to chef services to serve all types of s of the enterprise; kitchen assistants, sommelier and cleaning/crew service for the boat (captain and assistant), among other employees, in addition to concierge services for special requests.
