The international flight lasting 2.075 miles (3.340 km) and lasting 4 hours and 50 minutes will be operated by the Embraer E190 E1, an aircraft operated by Qantas Link. The route returned after being discontinued in 2006 and will have Singapore Airlines as its main competitor on the same service, which uses the Boeing 737 MAX, according to reported by One Mile at a Time.

Check out the routes:

QF353: takes off from Darwin to Singapore departing at 18:05 pm* and arriving at 21:25 pm* (*local time)
QF3504: Takes off from Singapore to Darwin at 22:25*, landing at 4:45* (+1 day) (*local time)

The use of an Embraer on a route considered long is noteworthy, especially in a market that is accustomed to the use of larger aircraft.
