Ten rockets landed on Wednesday (11/03) on a base in Iraq that houses US troops.
The base is close to the capital Baghdad. Despite the number of rockets, there are no reports of casualties, according to Iraqi authorities.
So far, no extremist group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but the US accuse pro-Iran factions, which since the beginning of the year have had tense relations with the US, for a US attack that ended up killing Iranian general Qassem Soleimani in January.
In response, in January Iran attacked a US base in Iraq, but there were no casualties. Still in the midst of these tensions an Ukrarine company plane was shot down by Iran.
