the spotters
The word spotter, in literal translation, means observer or scout. In aviation, the term gains a variation: plane spotter, or plane spotter. The spotting hobby is widely practiced in several countries and has also grown in Brazil.
Spotters can either observe the movement of aircraft or record operations involving aviation using photographs or video.
The term emerged in World War II, when some countries that suffered attacks from German bombers began to charge citizens to observe the movement of aircraft, launching an alert in case of approaching bombers.
