Smiles customers can now access Avianca VIP Lounges

GOL Smiles ABAV Expo Rio de Janeiro Orange Friday

Starting today (2), Smiles customers will be able to access the VIP lounges of the Colombian airline Avianca. The novelty comes to complement the benefits offered to participants in the Smiles frequent flyer program and reinforces the company's objective of offering a complete travel platform, with more and more alternatives to add to the traveler's experience and journey.

Access is available to Smiles customers in the categories Gold Diamond. Avianca has eight VIP lounges at six airports in Colombia and one in El Salvador. They are: Bogotá (domestic and international), Medellín (domestic), Cali (domestic), Bucaramanga (domestic), Cartagena (domestic), Barranquila (domestic) and El Salvador (international).

 

How to access 

The customer must be flying on GOL or Avianca to use the lounges. You will need to show your ticket and identify the category using the digital card in the Smiles app. engers in the Gold and Diamond categories can access the lounges free of charge. Gold customers will have 5 annual quotas and Diamond customers will have 10, we consider one quota per person. Therefore, if the customer has a companion, this will consume an additional quota. Children up to 1 and 11 months do not consume quotas, only from two years old. Avianca's Gold and Diamond customers will also be able to access the GOL Smiles Lounges, with Gold having 5 shares and Diamond having 10 per person.
