For the fourth year, Azul is participating in the Atlanta MRO, with a maintenance team in the Best Maintenance Practices competition among 80 airlines in the world. Azul was recognized as the best foreign maintenance team in 2023-2024 and is now seeking its third championship in 2025.
The Aerospace Maintenance Competition 2025 will take place this year in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, and will feature participating teams from schools, the Armed Forces, MROs and Airlines. Azul will participate with two teams, Azultec team 1 and Azultec team 2, the two teams competing in the same tasks at different times. The event consists of 27 maintenance activities. Yesterday was the presentation of the event, and today, Tuesday (08), the tests begin and end tomorrow on Wednesday. The awards ceremony will be on Thursday.
