In a letter sent to the SNA on the last October 09th, Total Linhas Aéreas acknowledged the error in the payment of the remuneration of the crew who had a salary reduction during the COVID-19 health crisis.
The company was mistakenly carrying out payroll deduction calculations on the base salary and the for length of service (PTS), while what the signed ACTs establish is that deductions should only be made on the base salary.
Total informs that it will regularize payments from the October payroll, so that the payment of the difference for July, August, September and October will now take place in November 2020.
