The T-45 Goshawk is a naval training aircraft based on the British BAe Hawk. The plane replaced the T-2 Buckeye and TA-4 Skyhawk and has been in service with the US Navy since 1991. In May of last year, the Navy started looking for a replacement for the jet that should receive new oxygen systems.
