The fact becomes interesting, because unlike usual, the military did not inform in advance the displacement of the aircraft carrier USS Essex to the place. The notice was given only after its departure from the Navy docks in San Diego, California.
Some military analysts think that such action is a "warning" to Beijing that the US may be there.
In a way, it makes sense for the United States to be present in the Pacific, as the main “competitor” there is China itself, which is increasingly developing the country's war issues and expanding its maritime activities.
On March 26, 2017, the first aircraft carrier fully manufactured in the country of China was launched, the vessel is called Type 001A.
This was the first aircraft carrier to be fully manufactured in China, but since 2012 China has operated the Liaoning, a Soviet aircraft carrier that was refurbished and put into service with the People's Liberation Army Navy (Chinese Navy).
